The established boulder problems are located right off the road, with few exceptions. The fact is that there is so much right off the road that developers haven't bothered with many areas further than a hundred yards off the road.
Many of the boulders are located on beaches with soft, sandy landings, some even have water landings, deep and shallow. The style of climbing varies from steep jug hauls to crimpy vertical faces. Crimpers and slopers rule the land with the occasional pocket.
