Horse Pens 40 has some of the best sandstone in the country and the concentration and quality of the problems are amazing. The slopers are the main attraction here. Pulling harder won't get you anywhere and you'll need to adapt to the rock.

This is one of those places you have to visit.

The Park is open seven days a week.
The fee is $5 per day.
You can also camp right by the boulders for $10/night/person (wich includes entrance fee for the day).
No dogs outside of vehicle!
