Once you finish your bagel in downtown Canmore, you get into your car and in about 15 minutes, you'll be standing at the base of the most popular crag in Canmore.
Grassi Lakes offer steep climbing on sunny cliffs. Here, you'll find many climbs under 5.10, a bunch of 10s and 11s as well as a high concentration of excellent 5.12s.
Be sure to try the classic Meathooks (5.11a). Chances are this will be the steepest 11a you'll ever climb.
