The Summer destination

For most places in the US, summer is the off season. It's just way too warm to climb - unless you don't mind greasing off what you usually warm up on.

Still, some lucky climbers have the chance to escape in higher elevation to find cooler temps.

Well, no need to drive up the mountains for Squamish climbers as they have some of the best summer bouldering in North America, just at sea level.

Big granite boulders have fallen from the impressive Chief and offer hundreds of problems.

The lines are clean and the angles are rad.
If you can afford it, be sure to plan to stay for a month. There's lot to do out there.
