Horse Pens 40 is now open to climbing.
After a few access issues, HP 40 has finally found a new owner who is friendly with climbers.

Horse Pens 40 has some of the best sandstone in the country and the concentration and quality of the problems are amazing. The slopers are the main attraction here. Pulling harder won't get you anywhere and you'll need to adapt to the rock.

This is one of those places you have to visit.

The Park is open seven days a week.
The fee is $3 per day.
You can also camp right by the boulders for $8/night/person and includes entrance fees for the day.
